Abstract:
Emphasis is placed on the particularities in the development of the outsourcing industry - a main driver for both the dynamic development of the office space market in Bulgaria and the growth in the building sector’s segment of office buildings. Outlined are the main economic indicators for the business development of the IT services branch. Attention is drawn to the main factors influencing the choice of office real estate. Market trends in offices’ rental rates are put in the spotlight. A new direction is highlighted in the development of the shared office space segment.
