Abstract:
Methods of organization of Facility Management activities according to the Bulgarian legislation lead to several manner of management of gated communities on the territory of Bulgaria and they reflect in different ways on the organization of these activities, as well as on the stage of control, on the inhabitants’ satisfaction with the services and on the level of collecting owners’ fees.
