The proposed methods the result of a useful modification of the cost and resource methods. The systematization of methods for measuring and assessing economic efficiency developed in the course of the study, based on a comprehensive generalization of the traditionally used and developed methods for measuring and assessing the economic efficiency of production activities of construction enterprises, reflects the potential contribution to the development of the provisions of the theory of the efficiency of economic systems.
