Abstract:
Effective and efficient management of the existing social housing stock is very important for the provision of affordable social housing for disadvantaged households. In Bulgaria, there are still significant housing needs that social landlords in the face of municipalities must meet. The practice of the countries of the European Union combines various forms of rent and management of social housing, through which opportunities are sought to overcome the challenges of social housing policy.
