DEVELOPMENT OF INNOVATION POTENTIAL IN THE STAGES OF RESIDENTIAL CONSTRUCTION

Abstract: The development of the innovation potential in the stages of residential construction is of fundamental importance for the development of the construction sector. In the last years of digitalization and information development, innovations have been present in a large part of our lives. In the construction sector, for the purposes of the study, innovations from recent years are presented at each stage of construction and implementation of a residential construction site, such as blockchain technology, data storage database or multifunctional construction robot that replaces all work of a construction worker. As a result of these innovations, the sector continues to grow and occupy an increasing market share of the country's economy.
