Abstract: Entrepreneurship, through its ability to generate added value, innovate and create jobs, accelerates economic development. Successful entrepreneurship goes through a phase of entrepreneurial initiative, which is characterized and determined by various factors. These factors are clarified in this report and a definition is formed on their basis.
