Abstract:
Strategic management of construction organizations economic development, in addition to compliance with the strategic goals and objectives of the national, sectoral, regional and corporate level, should be based on an analysis of the potential of its economic development. The article formulates the concept of the potential of construction organizations economic development, as a characteristic of the capacity and the ability to implement qualitative changes in production and management systems. The classification of the main types of the potential of economic development is proposed, as well as methods of their measurement are recommended. In accordance with the existing problems in construction and strategic infrastructure goals in Russia, the "potential of administrative transformation in construction" is proposed for research.
