DIGITALIZATION OF PROCESSES OF BUYING AND SALE OF REAL ESTATE PROPERTIES AS A KEY TO INNOVATION IN THE REAL ESTATE MARKET IN RUSSIA

Svetlana Nikolihina and Nadezhda Polovnikova

INTERNATIONAL SCIENTIFIC AND PRACTICAL CONFERENCE "CONSTRUCTION ENTREPRENEURSHIP AND REAL PROPERTY", 2021, issue 1, 97-99

Abstract: The article describes the types and aspects of digitalization in relation to the purchase and sale of real estate: “smart sites”, chat bots, virtualization, the mechanism of remote sales. It was noted that the share and degree of digitalization is increasing in the real estate market every year, the connection between digitalization and the sale and purchase of real estate is inseparable, while the real estate market in Russia turned out to be one of the most conservative in terms of the introduction of technological innovations. In contrast to the above, the article discusses the emergence of a completely digital client path from the search for a property to a transaction and the organization of repairs in Russia since March 2021 - an open real estate ecosystem "Square Meter", with a unique innovative product "Deal Guarantee".
