Abstract:
The paper presents the results of a survey done during the implementation of the activities of an international project (project title: "Innovative vocational social entrepreneurship training" –INNOVENTER). The research is conducted among high school students from 16 schools in Rousse, Razgrad and Silistra. On the basis of the results obtained, the paper suggests and argues an innovative approach to motivate both potential applicants, as well as existing employees.
