Abstract:
In this paper, we analyze the current sense of the modern management concept of Entrepreneurship Human Resource Management. Some leading directions for the application of this management technology in enterprises have been outlined. We managed to prove a thesis regarding the role of entrepreneurship and management functionsfor achieving the status of entrepreneurship management.
