BENEFITS AND CHALLENGES OF WORKING FROM HOME DURING A STATE OF EMERGENCY

Tatyana Kicheva

INTERNATIONAL SCIENTIFIC AND PRACTICAL CONFERENCE "HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT", 2020, issue 1, 124-131

Abstract: The state of emergency imposed in Bulgaria due to Kovid-19 has led to a new organization of work in most Bulgarian companies. Working from home has become possible for many more employees in various positions in the organization. However, do employees prefer remote work to office work? The report outlines both the benefits of working from home and the challenges and difficulties faced by employees working remotely, during the country's state of emergency in March and April 2020.
