Abstract:
Digital technologies are radically changing the contentand nature of work. The design of workspaces is an important part of HRM, which has a significant impact on the working capacity and satisfaction of employees. The present paper examines how the change in corporate philosophy and goals in accordance with environment changes are reflected in the external and internal design of organizations. Modern approaches fordesigning workplaces are presented, ensuring healthy mental and physical environment for the staff. Conclusions for the future workplace are made.
