Abstract:
Human resources are still a key factor in the activities of any company. Forming a successful team is the key to achieving company’s goals despite the rapid technological development. Therefore, finding suitable employees to be hired is crucial for the prosperity of any organization. Before an appointment can be made the most suitable applicants for job in the company must be found and attracted. As we enter the digital age, finding suitable candidates happens mainly in the online space. This paper aims to examine the opportunities provided by one of the most common sources of applicants -career sites.
