HUMAN AND DIGITAL CHALLENGES IN A CRISES EMVIRONMENT

Abstract: The process of digitalization of the economy and society solves particular problems and also creates opportunities for a lot of organizations to carry out their activities under specific conditions. In this regard, the value system and productivity of people at economic structures are of a key importance.The current research focuses on the most typical characteristics during a period of crises.Both specific key knowledge and skills for working in a digital environment with the leading role of the human factor are taken into consideration. To achieve the aim, analytical tools, based on the practices of leading companies in Bulgaria, are applied. Conclusions and guidelines for specific future actions have been formulated.
