Abstract:
The dynamic changes in recent years and the existence of crisis situations pose a number of challenges to business organizations. Mobility, the constantly changing professional environment, the recruitment of employees to meet the requirements of modern reality are just some of them. The purpose of the report is to analyze the challenges facing human resources management departments in the software business and to identify new approaches to overcoming the negative effects in times of crisis. Emphasis is placed on new trends and implementation of modern solutions that determine rational, efficient and innovative personnel management in software companies.
