Abstract:
The transformation imposed by globalization, technological progress, and digitalization give grounds to talk about a new model of cooperation or competition between machines and people in the workplace, setting new requirements for the educational and qualification level of the workforce and opportunities for professional realization. The purpose of the report is to discuss issues related to the challenges of human resource management in the interaction of people and artificial intelligence in the work environment and to make some recommendations to legislation, the education system, and employers.
