Abstract: The human resource managment systems are an important factor for the economic and social growth. Their importance increases with the growth of the stored information size and the expansion of the possibilities for intelligent data analysis. However, the challenges of their creating are also increasing. As an alternative to facilitate the process of developing this class of systems is the use of design patterns. The report sees the potentialities for using design patterns in human resource management systems. The design patterns can assistance the development of a web system by increasing security, big data processing, and the interface improving.
