Abstract: The modernization of the agricultural sector brings with it social, economic, ethical and practical issues, with significant results for its functioning. The extremely fast pace that digital technologies are developing and entering the agricultural sector of a changing business center, the state of work and the profile of the workforce. This report examines aspects of the impact of using digital technologies in agribusiness on the workforce in the sector, challenging new occupations and changing working conditions.
