Abstract:
The scientific report proposes methodology, methods and models for improving the accounting business analysis of human resources in the enterprise. Key indicators, functional, deterministic and factor models are presented for the analysis of the provision, use and efficiency of the use of human resources. A methodology for accounting business analysis of human resources in a balanced system of indicators is presented. Problems are posed to the accounting and information provision of the analysis in connection with the systems of economic reporting and integrated reporting.
