Abstract: The main goal of the report is to reveal some aspects of the restructuring of labor as a result of the development of technology and the digitization of the economy, which lead to an increase in structural unemployment. In this way, the changes in the characteristics of the labor force imposed as a result of digitalization and the introduction of new information and communication technologies can be traced, and the challenges, as well as the new opportunities for the development of labor and labor force in these circumstances can also be identified.
