INTERNATIONAL SCIENTIFIC AND PRACTICAL CONFERENCE "HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT", 2022, issue 1, 21-29

Abstract: The subject of leadership is as old as the world but at the same time extremely relevant, of defining importance for modern times. A key question we ought to ask is this: what significance will it have in the future? From a theoretical and practical point of view, everything should have already been established and said. Countless publications, analyses, interpretations, examples, practices, historical facts and achievements testify to this. At the same time, the obvious problems which leadership faces and the unsatisfactory outcomes for groups and entire societies we’ve seen in recent years cannot be ignored. It’s inevitable that questions arise about whether there’s really any meaning and benefit to having leaders. The suggestions and narratives of coaches and subject matter experts ought to be questioned as well. This publication presents some aspects and controversies regarding the establishment and activity of corporate leaders and government officials. I’ve also added some of my observations on changes in leadership and interactions with interested parties - stakeholder countries.
