Abstract:
The past 3 years have seen many changes in people management in organizations due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Remote work has become the rule, not the exception. Flexible working hours have become particularly important for employees. Methods of motivation and engagement have also undergone changes. The purpose of the report is to highlight the main challenges in people management in the current year. To achieve this goal, the report uses data from HR consultancy surveys conducted in Europe and around the world over the past two years since the start of the Covid-19 pandemic.
