Abstract:
This article focuses on human resources in the automotive industries during the crisis caused by the COVID-19 virus and the subsequent chip crisis, which also affected the Slovak Republic. And a chip crisis caused by a shortage of silicon chips in the market due to a pandemic of suspended production in factories that make silicon chips. The aim of the paper is to analyze the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on humans’ resources as an important attribute ensuring the overall functioning process of the production of silicon chips for cars.
