Abstract:
In the last three years, since the emergence of the COVID 19 pandemic, society has faced multiple crises, war and subsequent financial crisis. All this challenged the overall organization of work in all sectors of society, including the management of human resources in the social sphere. It is necessary to introduce a new approach to the management of human resources in crisis conditions, especially in the social sphere.
