Abstract:
According to the theoretical and practical relevance of the phenomenon: "social entrepreneurship", the purpose of this report is to explore and analyze the relationship: "social entrepreneurship - human resource management" in logistic business in response to the challenges for the modern world. Achieving this goal, both theoretically and empirically, will allow better knowledge of the object and context in which social entrepreneurship is realized, as well as provide guidelines for stimulating social and at the same time entrepreneurial activity in the logistic organization. The study of the relation: "social entrepreneurship - human resource management" in theoretical terms suggests to trace both the genesis and the evolution of the two modern management technologies. Empirical research, in turn, provides a chance to "shed light" on additional topics and perspectives for future management researches.
