Abstract: The contemporary conditions in which organizations operate can be described by the acronym VUCA, which represents the four unique features of the present: volatility - the speed, dynamics and importance of change; uncertainty - the inability to anticipate emerging problems, events, situations; complexity - the complexity of the environment and of interrelationships; ambiguity - the emergence of new problems, situations and knowledge. This makes it necessary for companies to adapt to changes in the environment in a short time by seeking new and innovative approaches, not only concerning the production process, but also the process of human resource management. The aim of the authors of the article is, in the context of the current dynamic conditions and in relation to the emergence of unforeseen circumstances, to present the possibilities for organizations to benefit from the adoption of the structural approach "skunk works" for making quick decisions in specific situations by agile teams.
