Abstract: Human capital represents a main factor that contributes to the performance and success of modern organizations and supports their sustainability, innovative and competitive advantage. Talent management has become a highly analyzed concept in the current literature, being recognized as one of the critical functions in modern organizations. Employer branding is another major pillar which sustain contemporary organizations in attracting, retaining, and nurturing top talents. This article proposes, by an extended literature review, to underline the relationship between talent management and employer branding, by analyzing how they converge in order to ensure the organization sustainability, growth, performance and competitive advantage.
