Abstract: Modern organizations exist in dynamic conditions of constant changes requiring from them flexibility and adaptability. The employees commitment in the achievement of organizational goals is key success factor for adaptation. The employees play crucial role as drivers of the changes and adaptation to new environmental conditions. In many cases, the employees themselves generate ideas and innovative solutions for overcoming and survival, which they should be willing and able to share with the management. The binding organizational strategic goals to employees individual goals requires comprehensive communication in all directions, thus ensuring their loyalty. The report aims to examine possible approaches to employees’ engagement and ensuring their loyalty in conditions of adaptation and change, to analyze implementation problems and to recommend solutions.
