Abstract:
The emergence of artificial intelligence in the world has changed the usual way of life of people on the globe. It has affected to a very large extent the selection of human resources, their motivation and management in individual business organizations, as well as their retention in specific job positions. In the field of human resources, the application of artificial intelligence, in our view, goes beyond just personnel management. It has a strong impact on his recruitment and subsequently on his motivation and leadership skills. The aim of this study is to identify the main opportunities and threats that accompany the emergence of artificial intelligence and its application in the selection, management and motivation of human resources in a modern business organization. In our opinion, at the current stage of human development, accompanying the introduction of artificial intelligence, one of the main tasks of HR leaders is: a competent combination of human and software resources so that they are in the best possible combination for the business of the organization. In the present study the methods of induction and deduction, of comparative analysis and of synthesis are applied. We hope that the results of the study will be useful for all modern business organizations that use artificial intelligence.
