Abstract:
The aim of this paper is to examine the characteristics of digital recruitment as an innovative approach to human resource management. A theoretical review of the concepts characterizing innovative people management is made, with particular attention paid to one of them – changes in the external environment as a stimulus for the implementation of technological solutions in recruitment. Basic digital tools are commented: social media, mobile applications for recruitment, and applicant tracking systems.
