Abstract: Aggregative classification of different types of web services on service oriented architecture is provide d in this article. Main criteria’s and choice contingencies of service oriented architecture of information system are suggested. Comparative analysis of different costs in TCO modeling for traditional and service - oriented information system also provided in these clause. Directions for future research in cost efficiency justification for service - oriented information systems are formulated.
