Abstract:
In order to accomplish the process of efficient use of the buildings and facilities in this country there is needed the type of management which includes facility management as well. The article presents a study of some theoretical and applied aspects of f acility management, in view of its application as a modern approach to the management of the buildings and facilities on the territory of this country. There are revealed the nature, elements and coverage of facility management as are pointed out the possibilities for the introduction of facility management in the administration of buildings and facilities.
