Variants on the classification of catering establishments

Abstract:
In the article there is emphasized the role and significance of the classification of catering establishments both in theoretical and applied aspect. On that basis there are analysed the two areas in the field under study - that of private and that of institutional classifications. Through substantiated argumentation there are put forward by the author two variants of classifications of catering establishments. The first is theoretical and includes multilevel classification on the basis of arrangement of the criteria. The second variant is of applied nature and has to do with improving the classification of catering establishments in Bulgaria within the Law for Tourism.
