Abstract: In the article there are outlined the technical and economic tools for carrying out an assessment of residential buildings and their renovation by a generalized indicator. The idea is to create opportunities for making more precise the approval and financing of the investment projects prepared by the associations of owners through an objective differentiation of residential buildings that are subject to renovation and are administered under condominium ownership, with a view to the more effective reallotment and use of the limited target social financial resources.
