Abstract: The author presents an approach to modelling and building cooperative intelligence environments with the means of kAir4U - an open software - based platform. There has been developed a methodology for measuring three main indicators: level of expertise (?), level of available free time for the sharing of knowledge and experience (A) and willingness to share (W). There is also presented a structural diagram of the free/ open source system kAir4U.
