Abstract:
The capability for adequate management of motivation, commitment, satisfaction and loyalty of personnel creates prerequisites for the realization of certain financial and non - financial (including marketing) results. In the article there is designed and app robated a model, by way of which there is studied the direction and the power of influence between satisfaction, loyalty and commitment of personnel. Based on the results of the analysis there are drawn conclusions of practical orientation, which can aid t he development and promotion of programmes for internal marketing and customer relations management.
