Abstract:
In the present article the author aims at presenting the human resources (HR) of the business organization in the context of the concept of corporate social responsibility (CSR). There is discussed briefly the essence of the concept of CSR. There is outlined the two - way interaction between HR and CSR in the organization, as is revealed that the level of CSR of the organization greatly influences its HR; and that along with this the organizational capacity for realization of the CSR is directly dependent on its HR. There are generalized the international framework of CSR and th e place of HR in it, as well as the possibilities for reporting on CSR. There is made a brief analysis of empirical data on CSR for EU countries.
