Abstract:
In the basis of qualifying an enterprise as „inoperative” is a crisis that has occurred in it, but not every way out of a „crisis”, irrespective of what it is, meets the criteria for inoperative enterprise. The principal aim of the present article is to characterise the phenomenon „crisis in the enterprise”. The present exposition summarizes the critical scientific and practical studies of the author on the essence of the notion of „crisis”, the possibilities for identification, classification and characterization of the factors of crisis development and the approaches for its study and management. The main emphasis in the article is laid on the differentiation of the crisis as a phase of the life cycle of the enterprise and the stages through which the cris is passes.
