Abstract:
The issues regarding the nature and peculiarities of the functions of control, including the functions of financial control, have always been controversial. Their topicality, we believe, is owing to the fact that their composition is determined not only by the established control system, but also by the control goals and tasks set in advance. Their underlying importance is a prerequisite for this article to put forward a methodology for their study using the Least Squares Method.
