Abstract: In the present paper different methods and strategies for optimizing the maritime shipping management are revealed. The begin ning of the article is dedicated to some opportunities for constructing the mathematical model of the problem. Then an approach to determining its solution is presented, observing all the positive points concerning its level of difficulty with different as pects of dynamic optimizing and duality included.
