Certification Systems Of Hotel Superstructure

Abstract: This article discussed the status of systems for certifying the quality of balneology and SPA services in the hotel superstructure in Bulgaria. The analysis was carried out using the method of induction and deduction, critical analysis, method of comparison, benchmarking analysis and based on a survey conducted by the author. As a result of the examination were made conclusions and recommendations in order to comply new regulatory requirements, enhancing the quality and investor interest in the hotel superstructure in balneology and SPA tourism.
