Abstract: In today’s dynamic and highly competitive environment, companies are aware that they need to transform their business in order to survive in the contemporary digital world. They need to employ a flexible approach and invest in developing the digital skills of their employees in all departments of the organi-zations so as to adapt to market changes and succeed in future.
