Exploring the functionality of Bulgaria eGovernment site

Abstract: The object of the paper is the portal for electronic administrative services (eGov.bg), all the functions provided by it and study its functionality. The eGovernment site features offered must be examined in depth and all working and non-working functions highlighted. One of the most important tasks at the end is to derive and show the ratio of working and non-working functions and to show which of them have some activity and which have not. This information would be presented in tabular form and diagrams.
