Abstract: The applicability of the national secondary legislation – the Ordinance on the specification of irregularities representing grounds for the imposition of financial corrections, in conjunction with the percentage indicators for determining their amount under Law on the Shared Management of ЕU Funds—is examined in relation to the grants awarded under the EEA Financial Mechanism. Particular attention is devoted to the legitimacy of the amendments introduced in 2024.
