Abstract: The paper examines the legal implications of artificial intelligence (AI) in the context of labour law, with an emphasis on platform work and remote employment. It outlines the opportunities and challenges AI introduces in employment relationships and highlights the necessity for regulatory adaptation, particularly within the EU legal framework and national legislation.
