Abstract: This article provides an analysis of the "stop-kaparo" agreement used in real estate transactions. The research clarifies the concept, explores similar legal instruments in other jurisdictions, and identifies the main problems arising from its practical implementation. The findings of this analysis are summarized in the form of reasoned conclusions and recommendations.
