Abstract:
The report argues that mediation can be embedded into corporate culture and serve as a sustainable practice that enables the long-term transformation of conflicts, rather than merely resolving disputes in the short term. It contributes to cost reduction, lowers employee turnover, and fosters an atmosphere of trust and creativity.
