Abstract: This report examines the application of mediation as an effective tool in the work of estate agents. It analyses the role of mediation in the process of negotiations, dispute resolutions and achieving satisfactory outcome for both parties in a transaction. The advantages and benefits of applying mediation techniques and approach in the sector are illustrated with the help of statistical data and examples from practice.
