Scientific Conference of the Department of General Economic Theory, 2022, issue 1, 155-161

Abstract: In the dynamic contemporary environment of fast-paced change, knowledge continues to play the role of a major tool for the transmission of information, ideas, values, culture, experience, and traditions. Following this principle, contemporary organisations more than ever emphasise on knowledge as their main resource in the quest for competitiveness development. In this sense, the construction of an internal knowledge network has become a priority for organisations with its ever-increasing importance in the process of conservation of acquired knowledge and its implementation in the work process. Educational institutions are no exception to this rule, as their project teams aim to make the most efficient use of their developed knowledge and implement it in the process of their work.
