Abstract:
In terms of dwindling resources and a growing population and the need for environmental constraints on the planet, the current green economy model, requires the introduction of new alternative economic models, which adequately meet its contemporary problems. This is exactly what the blue economy is like with its holistic and innovative approach. The concept of blue economy lies in the understanding that waste is a resource and solutions for a sustainable, social and ecological economy are inspired by nature's design.
